Methodology
With a Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy (MACP) I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who believes in meeting people where they are in life. I take a collaborative, human-to-human approach to therapy, with a focus on building genuine connection, insight, and meaningful change.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and tailored to your unique needs. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I work alongside clients to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and move toward the life they want to live.
Drawing from mindfulness practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family systems perspectives, I aim to create a space where clients can better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we work toward greater clarity, presence, and the ability to engage with life more openly and intentionally.
I value honesty, genuineness, and meaningful conversation, and I strive to help clients move toward a life that feels more grounded, peaceful, and aligned with their values.
